1.3 For the purposes of this collective agreement, and notwithstanding the provisions of the Schools Act, Teachers` Day is considered non-compulsory. 1.2 “first year” refers, with respect to a transaction agreement, to the period from April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 11.1.4 School justice pays the portion of the teacher`s benefits premium or health expenditure account in accordance with Articles 7.1 and 7.2 of the collective agreement for the health portion of maternity leave. 1.4 School justice reserves all administrative rights, unless the express provisions of the collective agreement do not mean otherwise. (5) An initial experience bonus may be awarded after the commitment. The amount of assistance is set by a committee composed of a representative of the school court, the superintendent of schools and two representatives of the A.T.A. The amount of compensation must be determined by the unanimous agreement of the members of the Committee. (1) TEBA and the association. (2) The school jurisdiction concerned. (3) Teachers covered by the collective agreement who are affected by the bonus. 2. If a general salary increase (s) for a transaction agreement in one of the first years (1 September, 2016 to 31. August 2017) or second year (September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018) above 0%, the general salary increase negotiated under this transaction agreement is more than 0% on the wage network, administrative allowances and the daily wages of teachers replacing collective agreements with the association during the first or second year and the dates (e) negotiated as part of the comparison agreement concerned. If more than one general increase was negotiated for transaction agreements, the increases are not taken into account beyond several transaction agreements, but the general increase (n) is applied annually to the salary schedule, administrative allowances and the daily salary of substitute teachers.

2.6.1 In centralized table negotiations, representatives of the association and TEBA meet no later than 30 days after the announcement of collective bargaining.
